Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.
For custom-made products, additional time may be required for production before dispatch.
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic orders (within India) are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
International orders are delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location.
Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
Any customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Replacements
Since our products are handmade and custom-created, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
